FIRST!

I'm normally not one to brag about being the first post on a topic, but this one's special. Welcome to my new blog!

There are several purposes to this blog- to share personal updates with friends and family, to explain the ins and outs of my day to day life with people, and possibly to help others who are looking for more information about various topics find it more easily.
